Therapeutic Connections…
between our minds, emotions, bodies, and spirits
At UP we understand the mind-body connection and the importance of cultivating a relationship with your body through yogic practices such as pranayama (breathing), meditation and asana (yoga movement). Our staff of yoga therapists, yoga teachers, mental health therapists, personal trainers and nutritionists can provide you the guidance you may need on your healing journey. We will work with you in a collaborative manner where you will let us know your goals as well as your strengths and challenges. From there, we’ll work together to develop a plan and path toward healing.
And if you are looking for private sessions simply to have a personalized experience without a goal of healing, we certainly have practitioners who can provide one on one or group practices for you.
Our private or semi-private sessions can:
- Help reduce anxiety
- Help reduce depression
- Address chronic stress
- Address health issues such as back pain
- Address trauma
- Improve your overall health
- Improve your eating habits
- Help you to create healthy habits such as a daily meditation and/or asana practice
- Help you to get started with a practice or deepen your practice
- Help you to just have fun!
