Each of us is unique in our relationship to our body and how we experience stress.
The body is our vehicle of change on this yoga journey of transformation. Our bodies hold stress and untapped emotions from years of living. Yoga therapy takes us out of our headspace and into our bodies, bringing our awareness to sensations, feelings, images, and emotions in the body. Our yoga therapy practice will guide us through awareness, acceptance, choice, discernment, truth, truth in action, and flow — leading to insight and understanding of ourselves on and off the yoga mat.
