UP Healing, Wellness and Adventure in Silver Spring, MD was lost due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We loved our yoga studio and our community we built over the years in downtown Silver Spring, MD. After much research into our new direction as a company, we have decided to try and help address the housing shortage in Montgomery County Maryland by building quality accessory dwelling units (ADU) at an affordable price. We are starting small with individual builds, but we hope to master this building process and eventually have this as a cost effective way for first time home owners to own a piece of real estate and build generational wealth.
